Completed Projects

This project called for the construction of a three-story administrative office and classroom building with a theater style lecture hall and elevator for the School of Architecture at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  Special fiber reinforced concrete trims were installed to provide the exterior look to match adjoining buildings.  Sitework included utilities, ground level parking areas, landscaping, and a pre-fabricated guardhouse.  The project was completed on time and under budget.

The Project comprised of site grading and construction of a series of two-story buildings connected by walking paths, gardens and elevated walkways.  The structures house staff & administrative offices, classrooms, maintenance operations, and a child care facility.  Work included concrete foundations, reinforced concrete columns and wall structures, and pre-stressed concrete slabs.  Interior work consisted of masonry and drywall, painted or ceramic tile wall coverings, and acoustical ceilings.  HVAC, lighting, telecommunications systems, and hydraulic elevators were also installed.
